Bratusek

Around Christmas of 2023, I got the urge to dive into my grandfather’s photography. December 2023 was a particularly difficult year for the Bratusek family, I found comfort in remembering the past. On Christmas eve, I asked my aunt if I could take some negatives home to start scanning them. I took only a few envelopes home not realizing just how many negatives there were. As we enter spring, I am surpassing my 6000th scan and there are more negatives to discover.
